ICPR2016 Conference – Detection and Recognition of Arabic Text in Videos

iCoSys, in collaboration with DIVA and SAGE, presented yesterday the results of the contest on Detection and Recognition of Arabic Text in Videos at the International Conference on Pattern Recognition – ICPR2016 in Cancun, Mexico.
